We know things happen and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Please give us a call at 816-401-1435 or cancel online a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Not confirming your appointment in the reminder text and email does not cancel your appointments. Please confirm so we know you are receiving them. 
  • You can cancel/rebook/or move your appointment online anytime 24 hours before your appointment.
  • In your 48 hour reminder email there is a button to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  
  • Within 24 hours you will need to call our office and cancel at 816-401-1435.
  • A credit card on file is required before reserving to confirm your booking.
  • Your appointment time has been reserved just for you!
  • Please be courteous to our professionals along with clients on our waiting list and cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead of time. 
  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment can be up to a $25 fee. 
  • Cancellations or reschedules within 4 Hours of Appointments and No shows can be up to 50% of your appointment.  
  • We understand emergencies, sickness, and weather conditions will arise. Please explain the situation to us and we will take that into consideration. 
  • Please call the office at 816-401-1435 to cancel and reschedule.
